Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with developers or consultants.
3. Must be technically competent in both building and infrastructure works.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with local authorities, consultants and contractors
5. Able to liaise with the consultants and authorities, and monitor the site progress independently to ensure that the project’s requirement as expressed in the drawings/tender documents are properly executed.
6. Candidates with experiences in architectural fit out works and infrastructure are preferred.
7. Results oriented and good knowledge of project coordination works, assertive and initiative
8. Display high standard and timely delivery of assigned tasks
9. Always prepared to take up and accomplish greater volume and variety of works
